Mission

The Barron Area Education Foundation seeks to promote excellence in education using private revenues, focusing on support of the following objectives:

To encourage outstanding academic achievement and provide enhanced learning opportunities to students.
To encourage and increase local business, civic and private sector involvement within the schoools of the district and the Barron Area Education Foundation.
To encourage creative and innovative educational programs.
To support our Barron High School graduates, continue to reach their dreams by offering them the opportunity to apply for scholarships. Scholarships are for any post-secondary education such as short courses, training certifcation, technical college, universities, etc.

Impact

The Foundation facilitates growth and learning through several key financial support channels:

Scholarships: Awarded to graduating seniors to assist with post-secondary education.
Staff Grants: Awarded to educators to fund innovative projects that enhance the learning environment.
Alumni Support: Financial awards provided to alumni who are continuing their higher education journey.
Student Enrichment: Payment of fees for camps and clinics to support current students' extracurricular and leadership development.
